Services, availability and costs must be confirmed in the quotation.
Compare proposals on the same basis
Compare exact dates, nights and the route first. Ask about proposed accommodation, room types and meals. Clarify flights, baggage, transfers and included or optional visits. These services are not automatically included in every offer: your confirmed proposal defines what you book.
Budget: consider the full cost
A starting price alone is not enough. Request quotations for the same travellers, dates and room occupancy. Identify possible additional expenses, options and the applicable change or cancellation terms. Do not assume an organised tour is always cheaper or that a tailor-made journey necessarily costs more.
Check the pace before booking
