Start with arrival and departure schedules
Visiting Morocco and hoping to combine Casablanca and Marrakech? Specify airports, dates and expected flight times before choosing visits. Nights alone do not describe usable time: late arrivals and early departures reduce it. Do not fill your arrival day as though you were already settled at the hotel.
Choose experiences before adding destinations
List three priorities: city discovery, heritage, walks, food or free time. Casablanca and Marrakech can anchor your planning without requiring several additional cities. Treat transfers as part of the itinerary

Keep visits flexible
Separate must-see places from optional activities. Avoid filling every half-day before understanding the itinerary. Opening times, tickets and access arrangements should be checked with venue operators when planning. A place on your wish list is not automatically included in the trip.

What to send

A sample brief, not a package
“We arrive at [airport] on [date] around [time] and leave from [airport] on [date] around [time]. We are [number] travellers wishing to explore Casablanca and Marrakech, with [priorities]. We prefer [pace] and [rooms], with an indicative budget of [amount]. Could you propose the travel stages and clarify services?” This brief announces no price, hotel or availability.
